What is your minimum order volume?

Our MOQ (minimum order volume) is optimized to benefit our customers by reducing the tools and setup costs of our factory to produce custom packaging. Since these MOQs are based on optimizing costs for customers, it is not recommended to be lower than the MOQ listed below, but it can still reduce the starting volume.

How to measure the box and packaging dimensions?

To determine the correct box size you need, measure the product from left to right (length), front to back (width), and bottom to up (height). Add 1 / 8 inch to 1 / 4 inch to each size to leaving a little room for your product! There is a detailed description of how to measure the size in the exploration.
What is your delivery cycle?

Production time

Production is usually completed within 7-15 working days after receiving payment and confirming the artwork. For large orders, production may take 16-25 days. Please contact us to confirm!

Pick up and loading

Once production and quality assurance are completed, we will arrange transportation with one of our logistics partners or your designated freight forwarder. Please note that your goods may take 1-5 days to be picked up and loaded onto an airplane or ship.

Delivery time

After your goods are loaded onto a truck, airplane, or ship, it is expected to take the following days to arrive at your designated address:

SF Express: 2-3 days

FedEx International Priority Express: 7-15 days

Air freight: 7-21 days

Sea freight: 26-67 days
Can I get free samples, buy samples before placing an order?

Of course! We have a variety of sample types for different purposes, and these samples are provided free of charge. If you want to test the size of the box, verify the color and pattern, the sample will incur a fee. But no matter what, we can meet your needs.
Where is your packaging produced?

Our packaging is produced in Xichenghui Industrial Park, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China, and shipped directly from Qingdao, China to your designated destination.
Do you offer bulk discounts or special pricing?

Yes, we do! Larger volume orders typically reduce our unit costs across all packaging orders (more volume = more savings).

Do you accept expedited orders?

Depending on the season and packaging capacity, we may be able to accommodate expedited orders. Please contact us to learn about our current availability.

Note: Hot Foil comes in a variety of different colors and patterns. Due to the wide variety, it is best to provide us with a reference photo so that we can find the exact hot foil color you are looking for. If you do not have a reference photo, our product specialists will recommend the best photo for your packaging.

Because our business is 100% custom work. If the goods you received are damaged, damaged during transportation, etc., please contact us in time. We will review your request and help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

Note: Customers must notify Meiyiyuan packing of any defects/problems found within 7 working days after receipt; otherwise, the customer will automatically be deemed satisfied with the product.
